Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Full-time, substantive Epidemiology and Oral Health Improvement Administrator to support in the Dental Division to provide the co-ordination of fieldwork of Oral Health surveys commissioned by local authorities.

Administrative support will be required, alongside the organisation and facilitation of training events. You will have the knowledge and skills of a range of administrative procedures and software functions. Good communication is key, delivering prompt and accurate customer service to Community Dental Division employees, managers and external agencies, be methodical and continually exercise your initiative.

You are required to deal with sites/schools across Birmingham and Black Country and local BASCD teams by telephone or in person regarding the organisation of BASCD epidemiological survey and fieldwork and maintain good communications within the Dental Service, colleagues within CDS and external agencies.
