Electric Motorcycle/e-Bike Technician

Role Overview & Responsibilities

ePowerSports are the UK exclusive distributor for the global industry leading electric motorcycle brand. This is an exciting time to be part of the business with triple digit growth and new exciting brands being launched in 2023. This role will play a pivotal part in our electric motorcycle team based at our Warwickshire premises.

Duties will include:

• Building and PDI e-bikes/electric motorcycles as required to expected standards using official parts & accessories
• Diagnosis of faults and technical support for the dealer network including in-house diagnostic and repair of electric bikes/e-bikes and components
• Keep workshop & mezzanine to a clean & safe environment
• Complete upgrades and modifications to the customer/dealer specification
• Control stores department including regular stock take, distribution of parts to dealers & stock reordering as and when required
• Provide some basic technical training to the UK dealer network as required
• Assist with import shipments, dealer deliveries, and logistics loading and unloading
• Dealer Warranty claim assessment/battery refurbishment
• Exhibition and show support
• Willingness to learn, a great attitude and an ambassador for the ePowerSports brand

What we are looking for:

• Knowledge of motorcycle repair/maintenance or similar transferable skills from the electric field
• Self-motivated professional, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision post training
• Passion for two-wheels and electric drive vehicles
• Ability to work on your own initiative, methodically and logically
• You will be based locally at our workshop and be comfortable working for a small family business
• Full driving license & own vehicle required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £28,000.00 per year
