Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for flexible, punctual Manufacturing Operatives with a can-do attitude to join a progressive Company that is growing and expanding working on a shift pattern. Full training will be given.

These roles will involve using automated machinery and some manual assembly.

Shift Patterns:

Braiding Operative – working on a shift pattern 06.00am – 3.00pm and 1.00pm – 10.00pm which is rotated on a 2 weekly basis

Full Auto Operative – working on a shift pattern 06.00am – 7.00pm x 3 days per week (Mon, Tues, Wed/ Wed, Thur, Fri – rotated every 2 weeks)

• Computer literate

Activities include:

• Running fully and semi automated machinery to produce flexible braided hose.
• Quality inspection to avoid rejects
• Accurately record and enter individual data on relevant paperwork.
• Ensure compliance to quality standards and procedures.
• In support of Health & Safety procedures, at all times ensure that you conduct yourself in a manner safe to self and others.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Byfleet: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
