Outpatient Managers Assistant - General Outpatients Peterborough

We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent position as a full time Outpatient Managers Assistant within the General Outpatients Department. You will be based at Peterborough City hospital.

You will be joining an experienced, supportive, inclusive and diverse team with a respectful, caring and compassionate attitude towards our patients and their families. You will support the Outpatients Manager and the senior nursing management team in the General Outpatients department

You will provide non-clinical support to the senior nursing team delivering all allocated clerical and administrative tasks required to meet the day-to-day needs of the service.

You will be a motivated person with excellent organisational and administrative skills, ability to prioritise and working under pressure. You will be an excellent communicator and show good IT skills. You will demonstrate initiative and tact and maintain confidentiality at all times.
