Server/Waiter

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our restaurant is looking for a friendly, motivated and hardworking Server to help our team. The ideal candidate has previous food industry experience, is capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and is able to take direction well. The Server will have the opportunity to work with various food prep processes and learn about different cuisines, as well as work with many different customers from all walks of life.

Responsibilities:

• Meet and greet customers and provide them with high-quality service.
• Understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Have a general knowledge of the menu and wine selection.
• Be able to work as part of a team; have good communication skills; be able to work under pressure; have strong numerical skills.
• Understand state health codes; have knowledge of basic food preparation techniques; have knowledge of wine pairing.
