Role Overview & Responsibilities

The Bentley is currently looking for a talented Bar & Waiting Team Member's to join our fantastic team. The Bentley is a high-class wedding venue and cabaret lounge.

Responsibilities:

* Greeting customers and showing them to their table
* Giving out menus and taking orders for food & drink.
* Serving food and drinks
* Fully knowledgeable of all items on the menu to answer questions
* Making sure tables are clean & tidy
* Making sure bar area and back bar is clean and tidy
* Dealing with bill payments/cash handling
* Upselling extra services within venue
* Service Standards
* Delivering outstanding customer service to all guests
