Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and efficient person to join our team here at The Hop Inn. The individual should be able to work early mornings, weekdays and weekends, holiday periods, term times. They should have a friendly and welcoming attitude. This is for a permanent position.

We are a busy free house pub with 12 B&B rooms, with a reputation for fantastic food, great beer, and great service.

Qualities we are looking for:

• 1-year minimum experience in a busy pub/restaurant
• Friendly, personable manner
• Flexibility on shift pattern
• Proactive approach
• Well organized & efficient
• Hard worker with ability to handle pressure
• Great customer service skills
• Good communicator
• Ability to lead teams and get things done.
• Ability to train new members of the team
• Takes ownership
