Sales & Customer Service Assistant

As a growing forward thinking company, we are currently looking for someone to join our team based in Peterstow, Herefordshire. Working within a small team, you will assist in sales to independent retailers via telesales and monitoring emails. The role will also include processing orders,booking in parcels/pallets with the relevant haulier and forecasting stock requirements through MS Excel . The ideal candidate will be a flexible, hard-working team player who is good at working under pressure and will not shy away from a challenge. You will need to be self-motivated and have the ability to work under your own initiative.

Requirements:

• Provide a high level of customer service.
• Establish, maintain and grow relationships with our independent customers.
• Be competent at selling over the phone and face to face.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written).
• A knowledge of MS Excel CRM systems and Sage preferred but not essential .
• Ability to thrive in a busy environment.

PLEASE NOTE:Applicants MUST hold a full, clean, UK driving licence – applicants without a driving licence will not be considered.
