Trainee Telecom Field Technicians

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Field Technicians for a leading Telecom Service provider company in United Kingdom!!

Job Responsibilities :

• Installation & configurations of CPEs (ONTs, Routers & STBs)

•Installing, maintaining and repairing cable infrastructure.

•Testing newly installed or relocated cables according to company specifications

•Installing of cables support structures such as j-hooks, cable racks, splitters, FDPS and ODF

•Fiber and copper cable laying in underground and poles infrastructure and ensure that all cables are neatly tied and bundled according to safety regulations.

•Evaluating customers needs and installing IT devices and systems that best meet those needs.

•Investigating and resolving customers complaints in a timely manner

•Support and perform commissioning and integration of RAN related hardware, specifically 3G/4G/5G Technologies

•Support and perform commissioning and integration of MW HW Specifically 1+0,2+0,3+0 & 1+1 MW Links

•Good Knowledge on UBT-T, UBT-m & UBT-s

•Support and perform the implementation of new software and maintenance loads.

•Provide technical support per project and customer SLA.

•Support lab/pilot/FOAplanning and validation of new hardware and software.

•Support the creation of MOP’s

•Customer problem investigation and support all facets of resolution

•Provides support to clients and/or customers (typically on-site) in his/her field of expertise

•Operates in compliance with the processes, methods and tools linked to the job and possesses service excellence awareness.

Job Location - Slough / Wembley / North London

Education - Intermediate/Engineering in Telecommunication/Electrical/Electronics/Computer

Experience - Freshers & above

Annual Salary (GBP) - 22500/- (Upon successful completion of Training & Certified)

Note: Training allowance shall be paid during training period and candidate need to have UK driving license is Mandatory.
